In 2016, our founder Chelsea started her self-discovery journey...

and that's when she decided to quit her job, move, and pack only what could fit in her car at the time. She drove over 1,000 miles to go 'find herself' leaving everything she knew behind and never looking back. On her road trip she stopped in a few different places to visit friends, say her goodbyes (or rather see you laters) and went hiking in North Carolina at the Hanging Rock Park. This was the first time she was truly alone and in her own company. She started to realize that a big part of "finding your purpose" is practicing self-love and owning who you are in the most authentic way possible. After this trip, she made her way to the best city in the world, New York City. That is where the roots of SoulyHer started. Chelsea began writing poems and publishing blogs about self-love, discovery, and what it means to live authentically. She was amazed that women were eager to talk about this and were seeking community and belonging as they entered their self-discovery journey. Chelsea responded by creating SoulyHer, to empower the feminine soul. In this space she created community circles, curated empowerment events, collaborated with organizations to teach workshops about what it truly means to dig deeper into the soul and

become the most evolved version of yourself.
